We had our carpet and couch cleaned this morning, and I am so happy with the results! It looks fantastic, and Mike was just great. It is sometimes unsettling to have a service technician in the house while I am at home alone, but I felt very comfortable with Mike here. He was friendly, polite and professional. He was careful with our belongings and treated our home with respect. We will be calling you again and requesting Mike!

Dave, I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding job
that your technician, Mike, did at our house on July 5th. I had a
bleached spot in my carpet, in the middle of my entertainment room, that
was larger than a square foot. Luckily I had extra carpet that
matched, and Mike cut the bleached section out, replaced it with the
extra carpet, and blended it together. No one will ever know that a
section has been replaced! You can't see the seams unless you know they
are there. Mike was very professional, on time, and took the time to

I just wanted to say THANK YOU soooo much! Best carpet cleaning EVER, and we've had lots of houses. We just recently bought a new house out in Ross Bridge and one of our dogs got sick on our brand new upgraded carpet while we were out of town. Stanely Steamer came out twice and told us there was nothing else they could do and the stains were still obvious. We found Dad's online and had you come out. The spots are completely gone!!! We are so aprreciative of the wonderful service we recieved. You saved our new carpet AND it looks even better than the day we moved in. I've already posted on the Ross Bidge Playgroup Mom website to tell all of my friends how great Dad's is and I plan to tell everyone else I come across. Dave, Just wanted to let you know I thought our carpet turned out great. It had a very pleasant scent, and felt very soft, not harsh. The guys did a very good job and we have had numerous compliments from others that saw it before, and after, and have raved about it. One woman thought we had replaced several pieces. I would suggest that you get me some cards and brochures for me to give buyers when we sell the homes. I was somewhat skeptical of your process versus others, but yours is by far the best I have seen in 20 years of dealing with property. I have approved the bill and you should be getting your check this week or early next. I guess we should always trust Dad!
I am getting a home back in Trussville in 5-6 weeks. I will be calling you to give me an estimate on that one!
