This coating is designed to repel spills and slow down the wear and tear of your carpet fibers. We use the same great protector that most carpet mills use.
A Fiber Conditioner:
The carpet mills use a conditioner to help the fibers feel nice and soft. When you clean carpet, you can't help but clean that out. So we will add it back to help the fibers feel nice and soft and fluffy again.
A Deodorization Treatment:
This is designed to kill germs and odors that get trapped in the fibers. It will take care of normal odors like cooking odors or pet odors.
A Bottle of Professional Spot Remover:
This is our world class professional grade general spot remover. Spot removers that you can go buy may work great for spot cleaning but a lot of them will strip off the Scotchgard that we just applied. So if you just paid to have that applied, we want to make sure that you have something on hand to maintain it right so we will give you a bottle and if you run out just call us up, WE WILL SEND IT TO YOU IN THE MAIL FOR FREE.
A One Year Spot and Spill Service:
If you have a spill on the carpet and try our spot remover and find that you are unsuccessful, then just call us. We have found that with just a little coaching on the phone, we can help you get the spot out in just a few minutes. If that is unsuccessful, then we will send out a technician to take care of the spot at no charge.
Furniture Moving:
We will move all your furniture, clean under it and then put it back in place. We will also place your furniture on protective plastic tabs or styrofoam blocks. Of course there are somethings we don't move like china cabinets, pianos, grandfather clocks and things like that but as long as it is reasonable to move, we'll move it and clean under it
